Depends on the prompt and model, but I'd say yours is very unstable. If I'm trying to do something that the AI struggles with, mostly coomer stuff desu, I get similar 20% usable results, but for my stable gens I'd say only 1 in 10 are a wash.
Try fucking around with your prompt structure, changing weights on some tags, and maybe adjust the strength of any loras you might be using.
