It looks like the whole vsinger thing has turned out to be kind of a boondoggle for them to figure out what they wanna do with it, who is in charge of it/what is the scope of it overall etc. When Irys' songs regularly get mogged by other EN's and she is well-liked but not really for her singing at all, it's.. kind of awkward. She's great, as a streamer. I had expected EN vsingers to be sort of like out AZKi, doesn't stream much ever but works on songs all the time, so it's better she's in fact a kick ass streamer more than a singer for us, but still it's odd.

I suppose I can see this going two ways -
a.) they expand vsinger to be vsingers, plural. Irys has no crew or close singing buddies and that's a lot of pressure to support and be an entire side-gen all by yourself. IIRC they were looking for between 1-3 in their applications so it seemed they were open to taking in more, but they just didn't, so maybe she will feel better and more importantly management will give more a shit about it if it's more fleshed out as a group if it's several members. If Irys got a model revamp and 1-2 kouhai buddies to be the cool leader around that'd probably improve her outlook several-fold.

b.) it gets gradually shuttered/swept under the rug until they consolidate and merge her into gen 2 retroactively but this is done over like a year in steps so people go "yeah I guess it was inevitable it just wasn't doing good" instead giving any impression of cutting the line too early.
