Talents, unique skill-sets, doesn't matter, it comes down to luck, or in the west's case, how memeable you are, its why people like Gura and Ame still prosper as much as they do, but someone like Kiara languishes, granted I use languish in the loosest send of the word, shes a million+ vtuber, makes good money etc, but all of her hard work doesn't amount to anything, people don't look at it, it doesnt get the views it deserves.
If Kiara was smart she'd realize this and just do the bare minimum, there's no point in trying hard once you're established, moreso on HoloEN.
