I'm not a fan of mosquitoes either! They are a a lot deadlier to us, in fact, after humans the deadliest animal to humans on the planet. I find coil repellants for home a must if it's a bad mosquito season. Outside it's good to have spray repellants but those run out quickly. The electric tennis rackets work really well if there's an infestation though. Best thing is prevention if possible though, no still water for them to breed helps a lot, but it depends on climate too. Big menace in SEA.

You're welcome, always. I know what it's like to be in a similar scenario but not really to do with shitposting, just realizing what I was doing at the time wasn't helping anyone or even making me feel better at that point. As silly as it sounds, trying to learn to be compassionate has helped me more than anything else in my life, though sometimes I get angry and will be the kind of friend who says harsh things to get a message through to someone because I care about them.

Not everyone cares about religion so I'mma spoiler this bit but: Unironically turning back to faith has helped me more over time, despite being very logically brained. And I find when I do try to follow Jesus' example, things in my life get better. I meet better people, people return the kindness more, you learn to empathize and sympathize with people's situations and they will give you that benefit in your own times of need too. Mom and I fight a lot but she told me no matter what I do, pray and go to Church. We've been fighting less and coming more and more towards resolving our issues and figuring things out. Started doing that again and more and more good things happen. Met a good person yesterday at work who got over his addictions and his issues with his own family that way, independently running his business and being charitable and with a kind heart to those around him. Told me Jesus saved him, so I take that as another sign from God.

If you really do want to help be a better husband it does help to know more just because you can figure out how to help in scenarios where you don't have the time to look up the information, but ultimately there's going to be small differences between different people for getting their needs met. Cravings are a big example during pregnancy or periods, as well as what kind of medicines they take and or what they do to feel better, and you can be a part of fulfilling that to make them as comfortable as possible. Also learning that during those periods, those heightened emotions they might display are due to the pain, etc, and being patient goes a long way. Just observations from my exes and the married folk in my family over the years.
