There's a common thread that makes most zatsudans, and even just casual conversation in general appealing: life experience.
Being able to tell stories, relate to people in your chat, and riff off people is much easier when you've done a lot of things and met a lot of people in your life.
Another thing that works is being so autistically into a particular subject that you can talk about it for hours. If you can sell it while doing so, even better. It will attract more of a niche audience though - think like a typical Woyde stream.
