You gotta try to place it on your eye and have it like, adjust to the curvature of your eyeball if that makes sense, and you gotta apply a lot of contact solution
It takes a bit of effort, sometimes it doesn't take too much, then taking 'em out can be just as easy, and other times it just does not want to co-operate at all
