Sorry for the late response, I fell asleep. This idea is really cool! I also think giving kindred religious orders straightforward names for the reason you stated makes sense. Maybe for the ranks you can name them after types of angels? Virtues, powers, thrones, etc. I think that would work well with the way you've been trying to depict the kindred as seeming kind of delusional about the reality of their own society, what with referring to a demon as a god and all the other stuff.
