Would he? We don't have a lot of cases of this happening but we do have people like Limes who were just facecamless girls who decided to get into vtubing and had some growth because of it/haven't graduated since. It's still vtubing and their fanbases haven't abandoned them for it at all.
I'm not sure what point you're trying to make because your elitism is progressively losing steam the more that people gain access to the art and technology.
