The lack of direction is the root of all problems. Vedal had an idea to make Neuro but now he has no idea what to do with her, as he has neither skills nor creativity to make her more interesting, so he resorted to aping other vtubers and listening to chat, and look how that turned out. It's not hard to conclude that simply not messing with her could've been better.
There is audience enough for old Neuro, though I don't know if she will outnumber the current one. It'll mostly depend on presentation.
