Maybe I'm just blinded by Pomu being my kamioshi for over 2 years, but Pomu's voice just seems to have more... variations? compared to many of the other singers in NijiEN. And I don't mean Pomu's normal cute voice vs Pomura voice, but voices in between too. I don't to demean any of the others, they have good voices too, but whenever I, for example, listen to Elira singing, I always just think "This is Elira singing". Like, it sounds like normal Elira, but she's singing. Not much "variation". Kinda similar with Enna, she has her normal (weird) talking voice, and her amazing singing voice, but no matter what she sings, her singing voice always sounds the same to me. Is it just me? Am I blinded (or rather, deafened) by my love for Pomu? I don't know...
But anyway, I agree that Pomu's singing is above average and underappreciated. Her main areas that need improvement are reading lyrics better, and rolling with mistakes better (the latter she really has shown improvement on in the past year). But to me it seems that Pomu is hesitant to take singing seriously - it seems that she more wants to be goofy and have fun, instead of focusing and learning how to sing songs better.
