Well motion is random so getting one where is bobs her head are good finds.
Uscaling does introduce the flickering but it's also a different model than what animateDiff is using so I'll need to bake a new model and throw that in there to match everything up. Maybe using a simple background helps too. Trying to get a good work flow as there are several steps and programs I need to feed things through and they keep renaming the files so being organized is key. Also which steps I can do in parallel to be efficient.
