I have a longer answer for this, see, in Argie TV, the more scandals and drama a woman gets herself into the more popular she is.
On top of that, Nimu is to most argie weeaboos the first VTuber they are exposed to because they don't know english and cannot get any better unless they try.
So yeah, her core audience is actually mainly built of normies and retards.
With that said, Nimu also appeals to common tastes, such as The Simpsons or TV culture in general along with Tiktok(A LOT OF TIKTOK), Discord and IRL youtuber reactions and people in Argentina love those things.
The only Argentine obsession she didn't seem to pander to(to my knowledge) is soccer.

tl;dr lack of exposure to anything else for the average otaku poser who later shows her channel to his family and since they all love Tiktok memes they all subscribe.
