Titanium is still better for making frames and skeletons then even graphene. Graphene is the strongest producible carbon we can make and while it is stronger at the microscopic level and has an incredibly high tensile strength, it is still more brittle. Metal is just better as a structural material because it can bend and deform while any kind of carbon based material just shatters. Just ask a certain private submarine company what happens if you try to use carbon instead of metal for structural support. However, carbon is great for exterior surfaces and armor.
