A reminder to all anons here!
You can request a refund of all money given to a vtuber through your bank, you have to go to the physical bank location and sign off on it, but you will get ALL money back.
Afterwards, the vtuber can push this to small claims court, but they will not do this as their real name and address will become a matter of public record.
