I'm kinda worried about the impact EN3 will have on the other EN talents.
Gen 5 already had a couple of spergouts when Myth overtook them, and again when Gen 6 came out.
Myth had zero expectations and so were able to carve their path.
Council were told to relax and they got shit numbers for it, but every single fucking one of them just wanted to get into Hololive to "make friends" or "chill out", not a single one of them has expressed any creative ambition.
If EN3 is Council 2.0, the entire branch will become sub 5k shitters, and we might ACTUALLY see some people look outside Hololive for better content (already happening on a smaller scale with Tempus).

If EN3 is actually Sankisei 2.0 though? That will probably make every other EN girl envious.
EN fans are far more honest compared to JP fans, so we might actually see some people do public oshihen.
And unlike the JP girls, EN girls are not the types to keep this shit private.
You'll see drunk ramblings, vindictive speeches and guilt tripping streams. Likely candidates will be Kronii, Mumei and Kiara (not sure about Bae).
Fauna will probably the only one unaffected by this (and might see an incline just because of that).

HoloJP also have regular animators like Mochimiko, Kai, Momonofu etc. who all have different styles, giving so many unique aspects to their on stream hijinks.

NijiEN was Holo-lite for sure, during the early days, so I'm just wondering if their fans just aren't that passionate (or just watching casually).
Or maybe it's the "oshi" thing, idolfags tend to be super devoted to their "oshis" after all, and NijiEN are very obviously stated to be NOT idols... so maybe they just get treated as entertainers...
