As much as I like my creature anatomy autism in naiyo's case it's 99% "it just works". The deity's bodyplan doesn't even fit inside the human. Eh, she has seen it already so I don't expect her to stick with reacting to it for super long on stream. She'll probably have other shit going on too from the entire rest of her community. Farming reactions from streams was never the point personally so I'm not complaining either.
