Here's something that needs to be pointed out and hasn't been because nobody on this site seems to know how to use Twitter. She's only following 96 people. For a 5 year old Twitter account that's a really, really small number. Most people will follow something like 50 accounts the very first day they make one. This could be for any number of reasons but if it's a Twitter account that's only made for official reasons (fans being able to see when streams start, etc) then a small number is normal, and the people that do get followed are likely to be people you work or associate with.
