Council is the literally the most boring generation of all Hololive. Compared to Myth too it was a big let down.
Council has :
>Fauna
Supposed to specialize in ASMR but a joke in comparison to actual ASMR vtubers, like noel or choco. Into "minecraft speedruns" but barely know anything about even basic stuff. Feels very shallow overall without much talent, countless other Holo do everything she does better.
Model is decent, doesn't really fit her personality but looks fine.
>Mumei
How did she get in? Hyped as civilization and history focus but barely any content about it and no there are no relevant "yab" about history with those games and you can talk about lot of that stuff without issues. She feels dead inside all the time and can just decently draw (rarel). She's insanely forgettable to a point I had to look up her name
Model feels lifeless, color scheme and all, like it's from some cheap RPG.
>Kronii
The one who stand out a bit, nothing crazy but the control of her voice and talent at voice acting is unique in HoloEN. She also have this cynical self-deprecating humor that is pretty pleasant as most HoloEN is just wholesome all the same. She's overall pretty good at improvising.
Still lacking in creative talents and game selection is fine but nothing special.
Mode is average, looks like discount fate kinda, boob windows is a bit overdone.

The most promising from debut being passionate about niche hobbies with plan on that, very comfortable and confident already on that day, incredible artist. But all that for just a few streams with giant pauses and barely any drawing streams.
Model is notable for being complete garbage and nerved her numbers hard even before debut.
>Bae
What a miscast. The one good model of the gen, chaos as a theme, but the girl didn't have this personality at all and tried to force it but it really felt off. She's also not a smug brat aura the model gives nor the voice. Her singing is decent but overall she's all over the place and is a roberu fangirl before a vtuber at this point. She doesn't bring anything special either.

Meanwhile Holomyth :

Multi-talented : She can draw, animate, compose music, mix, sing or rap, write lyrics. She even can manage TTRPG campaign with success. A workaholic who prepared multiple songs for he debut and did more releases than anyone. Helped her genmates like Kiara for her MV. Showcased her friend from before Hololive, didn't forget after getting fame. Improved a lot for the streaming part since last year.
>Gura
The face of en vtubing, a voice and personality perfect for her model, and most of all an amazing singer. She did struggle a bit at first to naturally speak and only stuck to her thin kayfabe lore. Her karaokes are a must see.
>Kiara
Felt like a HoloJP casted in HoloEN at first, but despite her lower numbers and insecurities, she's been the most earnest is pretty versatile, released
OG songs and speak 3 languages fluently, which made her come up with the very nice concept of HoloTalk. Overall stand out in EN as the one passionate about Idol Culture. Model was underwhelming, later update made up much better.
>Ame
While less remarkable, being a simple variety game streamer without any particular creative talent, she was the one with the most experience and technical knowledge which helped cement the gen early on. She had a few interesting ideas . Her work is done by now mostly.
Her model while not the most original and not fitting her personality and interests, still looks pretty good/

A great artist always full of anecdotes to share, proof that a chill stream doesn't mean a boring one. Made a mascot for her viewers which along with a few serious talks early on made her chat the best of HoloEN. Early-days Hololive fan, genuine interest in Japanese culture and media much beyond surface knowledge. She's a model of stability and her model is a work of art.

It's not even close. Even the Vsinger irys is a better streamer than the whole Council. Council is a hard failure and numbers show it.

Very unconventional to the point she always got group of very vocal haters who consider vtubing to only follow strict and specific arbitrary rules.
