For the good of vtubing, there needs to be some sort of central organization people can turn to when bad actors are attacking them or exploiting them.

This industry also badly needs a code of conduct and standards.

Tortious interference. I hope Seth has liability insurance that includes legal judgments. He probably doesn’t. Since he’s not operating an LLC, depending on how the talent representation contracts are interpreted by a judge, the court could attach everything that he and his investors own. Then it’s liquidated, and the people Seth has harmed are made whole.
