I kind of like it. If i were to write it, i would write her as a bitter drunkard that spends her days in her fortress because she dislikes the political games, but also cares for her people.
Could make a decent story about doing the right thing despite being hated.
Also anon putting a few kids inside of her might turn her into a beloved queen
