I literally did not say this and neither did he.
He's arguably right about how becoming an Hololive streamer is an instant career success and boosts you far above many other indies. Naturally it's up to each streamer to then carry that through with their own talent but the company backing and the brand recognition goes a huge way, you'd have to be stupid not to recognize it.
