It's the views.
Most of the JP FPS viewers are on Twitch (some are def bots) and Twitch makes it incredibly easy to move to another stream for the same game, or in the same category once one ends, so viewers knows where to come in.
Youtube on the other hand doesn't even show you your subscribed streamers in the Live page. If you're outside the Holobox, it's really hard for these viewers to find you.
