I don't want to be hard on my boy, but it's practically nothing. 5 kilos is negligeable, it's water weight, it's almost what can be the difference in your weight at the start and end of the week. AND, more importantly, how much you weight doesn't mean jack shit, mirror should be your indicator. Doesn't matter how much you weight if you look good.
