So good news... if your country (kson-coco, zomg, rbc) got Tundra you could technically make use of it. Inspirations you can use are Norilsk, Nuuk, Inuvik. So keep in mind, tundra doesnt mean 100% cold wasteland. That's Arctic biome
Bad news, you guys have to go extra creative with the magic and tech
/rose/ solved it by having bunkers for winter since their population are plant people. ALSO /rose/'s northern half is cold steppe aka Mongolia so the rosebutas technically dont need bunkers since you can migrate north to the steppes
