A lot of the people who actually speak Japanese seem to have remained on /jp/ despite the lack of moderation allowing shitposters to run rampant. A lot of the people who don't speak Japanese did too, just to be clear. And since they can actually speak Japanese, some probably went to Futaba, 5ch or Twitter.
