Fauna has the best regeneration and healing in hololive (besides Haachama) but her offensive capabilities against the remaining ones would be very low. I think she would lose via bfr for example by Sana via black hole or just frozen in time by Kronii.
Kronii can obviously beat any of them without time hax resistance but what could she do against timeless beings like Bae and IRyS?
Sana would be the dark horse of the fight imo, her physical strenght is probably among the best and besides her space related powers she has Yategaratsu who can fullfill wishes for her and cause sanity checks.
She's also the herald of the ancient ones so she could get empowered by them further, with that she may be able to go against the remaining two.
Bae or Irys are definitely the most likely to win, they are both actual personifications of chaos and hope respectively and able to exist outside of the universe.
Bae has the best offensive capabilities maybe even enough to murk actual concepts, while IRyS has control of an emotion that even gods can experience.
