Sorry for the rant but jesus fucking christ I've been here 6 months and I hate literally every single person I have worked with at this job. Every one of them is a backstabbing cunt who only cares about getting ahead and my career coach is an extra cunt who refuses to put people up for promotion until a year a later than the norm. There's no motivation to go above and beyond or do your work well but they still expect that shit as a minimum standard and will chew you out for not working weekends. I've faked being sick 5 weekends already this year because it's the only way to get them to back off and stop being helicopter moms in the workplace. I don't know how they expect to retain staff when the best way to get promoted is to just change your job after a year.
