There is one thing that I notice between HoloEN and NijiEN management:
From HoloEN members themselves, they have never talked about management forcing them to increase numbers. Heck, even during member streams, they complained about some management stuff but never about numbers.
On the other hand, we have seen multiple instances where NijiEN members said something about feeling pressured from management about increasing numbers, from Vox to Yugo. Man, even I feel bad about NijiEN.
