I too feel the same way. I didn't actively follow her around to anti her, but whenever her name got brought up in places I'm in (such as here) or if she ended up collabing with people who I do watch, I'd always take the time to shit on her, because I really did used to hate her quite vehemently.

But that apology resonated with me, she didn't try to deflect, it wasn't half assed, she just straight up said she was being a cunt and trying to drama bait and deplatform someone for clout and the bit at the end where she says she hates the person she was before too made it even more believable.

I'm willing to give her the benefit of the doubt and that does seem to be the general consensus. I know there's still a remanent who aren't buying what she said and that's fine t b h, they don't have to accept shit from her if they don't want to.

Bro, I swear, when I woke up the other day and came onto /vt/ and saw the thread about Camila apologizing, I was awe struck. When I read the apology expecting it to be the typical half assed insincere deflecting the blame sort of apology only to find it was pretty fucking satisfactory, I was in awe.
I was not expecting this in the slightest. If you were to ask me which 1 vtuber I knew of that I'd probably hate forever, I'd have said Camila. Seriously.
And now I don't hate her.
