While there is precedent for manager removal. Believe it or not once upon a time former /s4s/ manager DescendingBear was actually sacked from the team. And for a time I felt it to be true with /sp/ for a while before JohnnyBravo and Falco came along. Removal procedure is something that I feel we do need to actually define heading into 2024 along with POI reforms. I dont have this shit hashed out yet because I'd rather get Autumn out of the way first. I wish I could tell you the first thing about putting a removal procedure in place that 1) Ensures it's not cross boarders calling for heads. 2) ensure that it's actually the board that desires this. Which is why quite frankly I've been board hopping more frequently because verification questions that one would know by only browsing the board is really the strongest weapon one could use against shitters that are just ejecting managers for the fuck of it.
