Here is my rrat: she probably has all the vocal stuff recorded already, and could be spending part of her time next week at Ame's studio getting the motion capture data for the performances before her surgery.

Considering how the 3D studios are constantly booked throughout the year, I wouldn't be surprised if the Council girls who could go to Japan didn't actually end up doing any sort of 3D capture if most of them are only there for a handful of weeks to do touristy things anyways. Plus they managed with Myth last year so I wouldn't fret too much about it honestly.
