The Aster stuff is much older from the latter half of 2022, which is when Mizuchi was active with Luca before he dumped her to the curb.
That was probably shortly after his debut when he was still talking to the others. Since then he was isolated and doesn't talk to anybody.

The Selen stuff is a lot newer than that from 2023, we know it's related to Enna and Millie.
