Both really. Also I have almost all meta girls in Honkers. Seele is great but HoT and HoR are better to use. Genshin is super casual in comparison and you only need good units for abyss but abyss is only really worth it for f2p and they are whales.

In Honkai, their previous game it's 100 and every roll has 1.5% chance of 5* when in GI it's 0.6%. People literally encourage them to be more jew since it makes more money.
