desu I don't really get how people can justify getting pissed over her prioritizing her chat regulars and donators; they're tangibly present the most, participate the most, seem the most invested in her (both emotionally and financially) and give her the most zatsu material to work with. The effect is even more pronounced since she's a vtuber with a small fanbase.

I'm a lecturer for courses with both large and small class sizes and have the same dilemma with my students. No matter how much I want to include everyone all the time, it's just not possible, because not everyone has the same level of investment/passion/motivation in the course, and those who don't have those really don't give me anything to work with to try and change things. For a large course (you could think of this as like being a Holo/Niji) it's easier because interaction is minimal and there's just way too many students to remember more than one or two, but for a small course, things are more intimate and I'm much more likely to remember and interact with some students over others. It's never personal, it's just how things work.

The only thing you can do is don't take it personally when not everyone participates, and when those non-regulars do participate, you reciprocate in turn and make an honest effort to make them feel rewarded for doing so, and treat everyone the same when it comes to really important stuff (e.g. grades.) Hell if she feels like she has problems with this skill she could try teaching, she has a masters with experience so she could get a position fairly easily
