It's a bit better but I'd still make the tail just a tad bit longer with their heads hunched a lil forward. Shrimps are quite small so they probably don't have to have very strong legs to make them stand bipedally on land. And for their swimming ability longer tails can let them still retain some swimmerets. There's also how their toes and legs are shaped.
