No. When a guy genuinely gives a shit, he gives specific examples of what a person should be doing and explains how that will directly improve their life. He doesn't say that they should be, educate or improve themself. He doesn't tell them to touch grass. A man's concern is laced with wisdom and guidance.

Take Noir and Magni, for example. Noir used a ball of plastic wrap as an anecdote to make a specific point about not taking things for granted or forgetting the good times you had. Meanwhile, Magni made a thinly veiled point about not becoming consumed by numbers, with the implication being that having fun and enjoying what you do is the most important part. There was no vague, open-ended, "figure it out yourself" message attached, because that sort of thing shows a person is only saying something to suit their own egotism and feel like a good person rather than because they genuinely and wholesomely desire the betterment and wellbeing of others.

To be fair, saying nothing is also an option. It might not feel good to not be able to do anything for other people, or say anything to help, but it's still better than condescending with overly simplistic platitudes. Never hide behind platitudes. They exist to grease the wheels of society, and aren't actually an answer to real problems.
