February or March I guess, since Suisei's 2nd sololive which is in January got leaked and Pekora's project which hasn't been revealed yet got leaked too but there wasn't anything leading to a new EN gen, it's safe to assume they aren't debuting this year. Debuting before or during Holofes is a good way to boost Hololive's popularity for a short period of time and anything later than that would be too much
