The only thing I've heard she specifically complained about not being able to do at VOMS was to have a concert of some kind and if nothing else they can make sure that happens. There's also the inherent advantages that being indie would offer. She wouldn't be beholden to GYARI for new outfits she can just commission them anytime she likes. She can get entirely new models anytime she wants, and none of it would be a "waste" of money because it all goes to further her own personal brand with a character she owns.
