There's a big difference between constructive criticism over not communicating with her fans vs telling someone that their grief over something close to them that passed away is gonna cost them their Hololive career.

The critiques that she got over that weren't empathetic at all to her situation, and came across as heartless almost. Even if you feel like taking a month off for a dog is insane (which imo I thought it was too) the dog obviously meant a lot to her.

If your loved one passed and while you were grieving, people kept bugging you about how you're going to lose your job, you'd probably be very annoyed too.
