I have finished chewing through Cover's IPO filings. As expected the company is healthy and looking for money at this stage seems mostly de-risking expansion. Some interesting findings and some comparisons to Anycolor:
>Revenue seasonality
Pic related properly this time, Oct-Dec is their biggest season which makes sense, but the normally drier Jan-Mar is offset by HoloFes. Anycolor also have the same Dec-heavy seasonality if you look at JP incomes.
