First time using skeb. What the fuck does this mean? I'm guessing it's so that the customer and artist don't make backdoor deals that leave skeb out of their cut of the money. Or possibly to prevent customers from harassing artists on twitter. No one actually follows this rule, right?

Either way, would it be preferable to make first contact with an artist through email?
