It's pretty much confirmed that they are getting new talents sooner rather than later. You can see a teaser of some of them on the artwork for some of the merch from their holiday lootboxes (see: the girls on the background of this image). Of course there is no timeframe given or indication if they are invaders or actually a fully realized new generation, but the fact of the matter is that they will be a thing. The number of talents is also pretty similar to what Hololive had before gen 4 happened, so it's perfectly reasonable to assume we'll get more girls. However I'm sure fishman won't have any new people announced any time before June of this year.
