It's a paid thing and processing the video takes a while depending on the volume of users. He basically has a bot that ties elevenlabs, wav2lip, and video editing together. It's still in beta, so mileage may vary.

To everyone else who gave me (You)s, thank you all very much for the support. As always, I hope to meet your expectations when my fic comes out in full. I will also edit at least one or two more of these, though as I said I need something that looks like it's from the 90s, so I'll have to cobble together a video manually and it may take a while so I'll just finish the fic first
