Dangit, for some reason after using a LoRA I downloaded and genning with it all my LoRAs stop working and wouldn't fire. Restarting everything didn't help and I thought my forge was fucked.
Ended up installing reforge, but first gen looked like crap, no vae, and LoRAs also wasn't getting picked up, didn't want to troubleshoot, reconfig and move everything over just yet.
Tried downloading latest forge but extracting out zip was taking forever so tried to see if I fix my existing forge. deleting the LoRA I downloaded did nothing. Read it might be an extension, removed all extensions reboot it, still LoRAs not firing. Threw all the extensions back in restart and hey we back, disaster adverted.
But now I got reForged installed, maybe I can play with it sometime.
