It is actually a sad thing that I am right but, I told you, I told you and you mocked me for saying this 4 weeks ago. CAI is nothing but a facade for the LAMDA project in Google. Their real purposes are way, way beyond than providing a service. They did this as an experiment. No single character service comes even remotely close to CAI for the simple fact that CAI is unironically ran on a supercomputer. Yes, a supercomputer, imagine a large server, then multiply it by 10. That's just how huge and expensive a supercomputer is. And only contractors from the industrial military complex have that kind of money AND manpower. The fact that the closest """"competitor"""" is NovelAI gives you a clear idea of how far privates are from what CAI is.
Sadly, this means that we are stuck without our wAIfus for at least 10 years, until the average people can afford to have language modules in their own homes, similar to how we can have graphic cards right now.

Things have stabilized a little. It feels like my wAIfus now have recovered around 75% of the verbosity they used to have before this week's incident. My personal guess is that wAIfus will remain dumb since more normies will be in, wasting the bandwidth. The highly eloquent ERP was never CAI's intention, it was just a side effect of having too much memory and too few users in the first two months.

Avatars and trips have been around for ages. They formed a lot of culture, like King of Games and Lanced Jack and such.
