I tried deleting it from my favorites and joining by manual entry and it seems to work. I also tested via my VPN on different countries, and it works too. Instructions for that added to pastebin too:

(3C) Connecting to the Server Direct IP method:
1. In the Main menu, press Join
2. In the Favorites Tab, look at the Add to favorites tab and enter the following information
Favorite Name: This can be anything, like 2232 Server
IP Address: 5.83.175.99
Port: 25565
Password: 2232GYM
3. Under Account User Name create your SERVER SPECIFIC account, this is your login.
4. Under Account Password create your password.
5.[IMPORTANT] Hit the save button. The server should now be saved to your favorites, and your account and password should automatically populate in the Favorites Tab.
6. Click Join Server in the FAVORITES TAB.
6[ALTERNATIVE]. DOUBLE CLICK THE added Server's name in the favorites tab. A developer mentioned this potentially working for some people.

But I think this is likely a problem to do with your ISP at this point. Cloudflare 1.1.1.1 DNS should work too but it didn't for the Mystake... You can try forwarding these ports: 16261, 8766, 8767 under the UDP protocol and try connecting then. Also try on a VPN connection.
