I am in no position to evaluate this but I think this game is just the logical conclusion of history and human nature. Think guiness world records, think sports in general, humans love to quantify things and putting stuff in numbers, just to compare. Not only good and wholesome things like sports either: money, surveys, victims of wars and illnesses. Stock market games are also done in schools as a lesson on both money and human nature in markets, if anything being here instead of other mindless shitposting (my theory and opinion) makes you more human than slapping another filter on pekora's face and repeating a word.

anyone got a good Idea how we can avoid calling them "auto-clickers"?
I feel like people will adapt the idea but we would all benefit if we somehow made it clear that it's way better for the server to only send a single click every 10 minutes + some puffer seconds. Heck, if you get just a little more dedicated you could record a macro running every ~10-11 minutes buying several coins for you, undistinguishable from human clicks and therefore not really cheating.
I won't do it because 1 click = 1 fun

another thing to consider would of course be feasibility.
Nenechi is a good case study, went up from what, $2400 to $5700 or something, let's say $2300 in one go. That would take the new brokerage 230 cycles with the current adjustment of ~$10 dollars per cycle. 230 cycles, or 57,2 hours.
Then again, stuff like Nenechi should be the absolute gigamoon only happening once in a while anyways.

comments like this are a bit lose-lose for the DEVs.
One could make a poll right now checking who wants what, people will vote for what benefits them right now, DEVs implement, people will whine about the new system because others are abusing it already.

Tedious is also a matter of getting used to something and perspective, I had to play the game basically the whole day yesterday because my oshi was mooning for once and I threw off 16 coins, so ~4 hours looking at opportunities every 15 minutes. No problem in home office, others are not that lucky.
And then again, if this is a competition, it SHOULD be tedious so there is value in finding the winner, no?

The decision is not with us to make in any case since whoever pays the server ultimately decides, and updates are in the works anyways at this point, I don't want to come off as needing instant change, this is fun as it is.

They aren't. It's literally the NENE explosion money wearing off and the market normalizing after the hype. People like me went balls deep into the fat cat and got lost in her delicious rolls, some money disappeared, most people still profited a bunch in the end. Just bidnis nigger

usually right after adjustments, though they've been tuned down either naturally through averages or it was too many wojaks for the devs.

imagine if the devs made it possible users can submit chuubas and their stat trackers for new coins, they'll be added after vality check and making sure it's not the API of some retard but actually corresponds to IRL stats.

Now imagine /vt/ adds all the niche chuubas as penny stocks

and then they graduate, which is basically a straight jump to 0 without any panic selling possible.
