If you have an instapot it's stupidly easy, just follow picrel and absolutely don't add the curry roux until after it's cooked. Don't trust the "just stick it on top" method as it'll boil around, mix itself, and burn to the bottom of the pot. You can customize it with tons of different flavors to make each meal different, as is mentioned in the pic or links.

Additionally, if it's difficult or too expensive to buy the curry roux, I've made it myself just following the recipe from the same site: https://www.justonecookbook.com/how-to-make-curry-roux/.. I couldn't find the special curry powder they mentioned but just used some Indian curry powder I had that smelled like the right smell.
