Yeah I'll be at KAF too. Yesterday was fine, I noticed they tried to fill the stand seats from the back first, in fact. The 2F ones closer to the stage were only half full in the end.

I think it's because Yoyogi has those two slanted side screens so it might be an immersion thing? A month ago I was there for AtR and was off to the side in the stands but right up next to the stage. They were using the side and bottom screens for lyrics and animations and I couldn't see them very well from where I was at.
