IMO Lia has the best mascot in Phase in terms of being marketable merchandise. Consider it like this: if you are a congoer and you know fuckall about vtubers, but you see a plushie what are you gonna buy?
a cute pink jellyfish is a layup. you don't have to know who Lia or vtubing is to walk by a booth and go "cute pink jellyfish plushie I'll buy it." it is identifiable everybody knows a jellyfish.
Look at picrel. KohaiBean is a pretty size-able 3rd party vtuber vendor. These are the 4 Phase she made pillows of, Pippa's 2 mascots are so mid that she decided to meme and put ants on it. Shiina's buttercookie tin sucks, but the crab is better. Theo and Liacon are there because they are good
